My sister got pregnant right before he went to jail. He was there for almost two years. He finally came out one month ago. She recently heard a message on his phone from another female. He's basically cheating on her. Not only that but when they are together in the street he turns his head when he sees a female. I personally think he's an ungrateful bastard. another thing... how can she get him out cause he doesn't want to leave. what should she do??

Sounds to me she is not ready to make a move as yet. She is hurt and disappointed right now. She feels obligated to him because he is the father of her child. This situation is more than likely to get worse.

Tell your sister to be a smart women and calculate her moves and plan ahead before running into a wall that may lead her back to her abusive man. Mental and emotional abuse hurts more then physical. Don't put him out. She should leave with her situation planed out. All is fair in love, lust and sex. Don't be the victim,be the survivor. Her child will have a better life.

She needs to tell him to get his stuff and get out. He apparently doesn't care about her feelings or his child because if he did he would be spending as much time with them as possible. She needs to realize that he is not the one and she can do better. She made it for two years without him can continue to do so. She just needs to be strong.

If she doesn't want him around and he keeps coming around and forcing himself around her, I'm sure she can report to the cops and if things get out of hand, she might as well get a restraining order.
And if he's the father of the child, then she is definitely entitled to child support. So I'll advise she gets rid of the guy and get her money!!!

Call the police and have him removed from the house with a restraining order so he can't return to do anything to harm anyone.

well when he leaves the home, get the locks changed and not give him a key, she could move her self, if she lives in a apartment I think if you still pay your have of the rent you can leave, but make arrangement with her landlord.

well it wouldnt be a good idea for her to leave the hosue because she could loose her kid and everything if he accuses her of abandoning the home. i think she can tell the police and they will help because cheating is emotional abuse!

well just tell your sister that she really needs to understand the reality and ask your sister to kick him out. if he doesnt go away and keeps on bothering her, fight for her rights ....go to court or get the cops involved
