Hello -

A diet with increased fiber and water intake is known to work for infrequent cases of constipation. You could also try a laxative, though it may damage your digestive lining and lead to dependency later.

If you're facing chronic constipation, you may want to ask your doctor about processes like colonic irrigation.

If you have chronic constipation and would prefer to resolve the issue more privately, try a product called "Oxy-Powder." You can find it on eBay or by googling it. It works (allegedly) by delivering oxygen to the small intestine, which (allegedly) helps to ease and facilitate the digestive and eliminative processes. It appears to be very well-reviewed.

Best of luck to you --

either take a laxative, or take a large amount of vitamin c. There are products like metamusil on the market which you take every day to keep you regular
