A 3.2 GPA is a solid B average. Generally, letter grades are associated with numbers. A=4.0, B=3.0, C=2.0, D=1.0, and F=0
Any GPA falling between these numbers would be associated with the lower grade for an average. For example, a 2.7 GPA would be a high C average rather than rounding up to a B average.
And in case you were unsure of how to figure out your GPA, take your grades, add them up according to the numbers I provided and divide that number by how many letter grades you added together. That is your GPA. For example, a possible combination for your 3.2 GPA is 2 A's, 2 B's and a C (5 grades/classes).
4 + 4 + 3 + 3 + 2 = 16 ==> 16/5 = 3 1/5 = 3 2/10 = 3.2
I do not have a website for you, but all the schools I've been at have used this.

It all depends on the scale that's being used. The way I've always thought of a 4-point scale is
4.0 and up A
3.75 - 3.99 A-
3.5 - 3.74 B+
3.25 - 3.49 B
3 - 3.24 B-
This, of course, depends on whether the plus or minuses actually count at your school. A lot of academic programs just want you to maintain some numeric average. Trying to keep that in mind should be easier than trying to decide whether you have a "B+" or a "B"

grades are on a scale of 1.0-4.0 with 4.0 being an A+ or perfect GPA. Basically a 3.0 is B grade... and between a 3.0 and 3.4 would be considered a B+;

I would say B+.
Since a 4.0 = A
3.0 = B
2.0 = C
1.0 = D
The following site is cool. It allows you to enter your grades and caulates your GPA.

I don't have a website for you, but I work for the City University of New York.
A "B" is a 3.0 a "B+" is a 3.3, so your average is closer to a B+
If you are asking for a numerical grade on the 1-100 scale, then you have about an 87. (i.e. the "B"=~85 and the "B+"=~88)

Not sure about today's standards, since so many are now getting 4.3+ which was impossible in the early 90s, but I consider it a B to B-. I got into college with the same GPA.
