Yes. You have all the normal reasons why "making out with everyone" is a bad thing plus not thinking straight. Mistakes made while drunk stay with you when you sober up.

It doesn't say much for a person's self control or self esteem. Usually a person who does that feels the need for affection and since they are not getting it from a study b/f or g/f they get drunk, lower their standards, and do things which they will almost always regret later on.
The best thing to do is to stay away from excessive alcohol consumption, or any alcohol consumption if you are under age, and to meet someone decent, perhaps at a local church or something like that. Otherwise you run the risk of going further than "making out" and getting a disease or pregnant if you're a woman, and ruining what is a once in a lifetime opportunity to share with your spouse on your honeymoon night.

Depends on who the person is and what their reputation is. Im my opinion it would make you look like somewhat of a whore or slut. If you make out with the girls, you might be classified as a Lezbian. And with the boys you will be considered easy. Thats my opinion

Yes - alcoholism can lead to very risky behaviors, such as unprotected sex, and other dangerous situations. When one is drunk, one is stupid and doesn't know what one is doing.
Kissing while drunk can lead to unprotected sex. You are defenseless when you are impaired, you don't think straight when your blood alcohol level is high and while in that state.
