Then show me where any of 'Him' is. Show me the 'effects' of God moving and working. Show me ANYTHING that is 'Him'. The argument of 'Him' creating anything is a joke! Who created 'Him' then? Natural forces such as jet streams in the atmosphere, nuclear fusion from the sun and other stars are created within the realm of time. You and I are all from the same source, dirt, mud, water, bacteria, light, and everything that created our world. No magic. You can say that maybe I believe to have originated from a monkey, but so have you. Don't be afraid to accept your life will cease once you die, because it will. There is no magical city on the clouds paved with gold and full of angels and everyone else who has died. Our coffins are our end. That's where it all ends. Only our memory and pictures of us continue to exist. That's it. Accept life for what it is. Don't lie to your kids and tell them it's 'God's will'. Its is not. It's the way life and luck turn out to be. YOU and I are responsible for our destiny, not a magical spirit.

It is very important to have your own beliefs. It is definately NOT foolish.
With your beliefs, there does come images. Maybe you can't see Him as a living and breathing person standing right in front of you, but He is there. He always is, no matter if you can see Him or not. He will help you through your problems, if you are worthy. You must never think this belief is foolish in the least bit.

It's not foolish for sight. I wouldn't say it's foolish at all to believe in deities, just unnecessary.
No such evidence (empirical, nor logical) indicates the existence of deities, so why believe in them, when Occam's Razor would incline one to accept a natural world.

You know what? You are not foolish to believe in God. You are believing in Him by Faith. I too agree with you that we are all a product of a real and living God and Creator!!
Keep believing in God! You are on the right track! :-)

I would never want to take away someones beliefs it is powerful....and there are alot of things beyond the human spectrum of sense. Perhaps a higher power exists. Then again thats what they said about the tooth fairy, Santa, and the easter bunny. Science is funded in fact, where is the facts in God? I guess that's why its faith but the church also had faith that the sun revolved around the earth and they were wrong about that.

ya u go! it isnt foolish 2 believe in god. u need to have faith. faith is believing w/out seeing. how do u know the sun will rise? u just do u can feel that it will. you cant explain it. do u believe the earth is round? yes because u just know u can feel it. or love. how do u tell if someone lovves u? u can just feel it in ur bones. no doubt about it. There is a god and i surely do believe in him. just cuz u cant see something doesnt mean it isnt there. and everyone hould know that. it is a very important thing to learn. No doubt about it.... there is a god and i know this w.out a shadow of a doubt because of my strong faith in him!

Who tells you it is foolish? Everyone has thier own right to believe whatever they want. Lets say someone tells you that it is foolish and they believe there is no God. We would think he is foolish. But we need to remember that believing in religion is an opinion. My quote for you - "I would rather believe in God all my life and find out He doesn't exist - than to not believe in God all my life and find out He does exist." - makes sense, huh?

The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. 2 Cor. 4:4
"They" are the "foolish" ones - who deny God's existance.
It's really wonderful, btw to see so many Christian supporters coming along to back you up.
God Bless.
