You can't... stay out of it!
If you're meant to be with him, be his friend, be yourself, and eventually he'll come crawling to you when she breaks his heart. Then you can be the good guy by comforting him.
You never want to convince someone to break up with someone else because you'll later wonder if they really broke up with them because THEY wanted to, or because they listened to you.
You'll have much more confidence in your relationship with him if you are together because he made the decision himself, without persuasion.
