i have been trying for what feels lyk a million years to get a good boyfriend. no one seems to lyk me enough to ask me out! i have a lot of guy friends, but no one will ask me out! i am going into 9th grade, and its not lyk im ugly or nething, so i really dont understand it!!!! HELP!

Just be your self & a young man will come along just for you. When I was your age I was popular during football season (because I was the best tackle on the team) but after the season was over no girl would date me.This also happened during collage. I married the only girl I ever dated. We have been married for 41yrs. So dont give up. U are to good & pretty for that. Good luck..

You have lots of time for a boyfriend... you are only in 9th grade. HOwever, I realize that kids these days like to have boyfriends/girlfriends so I offer this advice: don't try and seek out a guy... you might look desperate. Have fun with your friends and enjoy life and when the time is right, the right guy will ask you out. Hopefully, it will be a guy you are already friends with and you will have a good friendship to build your relationship on.

You use words like "lyk" and "nething"....maybe they don't think you speak the same language so they're afraid of a language barrier?
When did it become "hip" to act uneducated.

You don't want to rush into a relationship just to say your in one.....one day you will meet the right guy for you.....you are so young and have your whole life ahead of you.....right now you should concentrate on school and not worry about boys.....boys that age bring nothing but problems.......try to be dependent on yourself and let life happen....someone great will drop into your life when you least expect it.

girl, why you worying about having a boyfriend? So he can break you heart after he treats you like crap? You should consentrate on school, what if you get knocked up?
On another note, you are prolly realy pretty and guys are scared of you! You should just take controll and start asking poeple out yourself!

maybe you are just trying to hard and the guy friends that you do have maybe don't want to date you because they take you as one of the guys and don't want to wreck a friendship. Just keep sailing and things will work out for you someday. Good luck

girl, im in the same place. but honestly, its not so bad. the guys probly just havent noticed how great u r yet. and stop waiting around for THEM to ask YOU out. c'mon! its the 21st century. besides, theres still plenty of time to be in a good relationship.

Sweetie, you are still really young. Don't rush into something you can't handle. My motto is, "life hands things to you when you are ready to accept them". And hey, why don't you try asking someone out? You should be independent and confident enough to do that.

Stop hanging out with the guys....other guys probably think you are a lesbian. Try hanging with the popular girls, not friends with the popular crowd? Just ask one girl a question (nothing stupid) and you are in!
