I'd say both "NO" and then eventually "YES". Here's why.

Yer bottom is biologicly, um, handling things LEAVING yer body. Yet from a sexual perspective, that part of the female body has delicious and wonderful nerve endings that can and should be beautifully stimulated and thus provide AWESOME orgasms.

There's nothing wrong with trying things, but do be aware that anal sex can cause health problems down the line. The more you stretch your anal muscle (sphincter), the more problems you'll have when you're elderly with controlling your bowels.
