When the job is complete.

So far we have created a constitutional democracy that the Iraqi people selected in a national referendum.

We have had two successful (UN certified) elections.

The Iraqi army is gaining experience - and every week is taking over sectors that were formerly managed by US troops.

The Iraqi economy is booming.

We are making progress - but fixing Iraq is not something that can be done overnight.

Never. The middle east have been fighting each other before Christ so why the heck would we be able to change that. We aren't solving anything. But to answer the original question…

1.) When ever big business can’t make money over there!
2.) When ever all the poor/middle class people have been killed or maimed and the rich/politicians children have to go over and fight!
3.) You get a leader in the White House, not a puppet!
