Well no matter what the UN does it seems that Iran just won't listen. At first they might try sanctions but in the end it might come down to the UN approving a military strike and chances are it will be leaded by the US and Israel as main contributors to the war!

The United Nations has NO capability to enforce or change political views in any country. The power of the UN is based in the partnership of all the nations that are participants in the UN. If they can agree then There are a fewer things that they are willing to do. If they don't agree there is not much that can happen in the UN's Name..

Do not expect the UN will do anything. They will sit around on their a** and let us deal with this problem. When was the last time they do anything good for us? I think it's time to let them get the hell out of US and move to somewhere else in Europe, or China.

The same thing that they have done about every other problem - whine ineffectively then demand that the US go and send our soldiers in to correct their mistakes.

Same as they always do...fart around, shuffle som papers then expect the US to handle things, Then when we do they'll blame us for doing something.
