Kris, I know that feeling and you are not alone. Sad to say, but throughout their lifetime, people were not given the environment of love and appreciation, and so they do not know how to say thank you, and be appreciative to the person who has helped them, or given them something. So they grow up instead to be the receptor - as we all would - but, in contrast, become rude and stingy to those who gave to them and may require a bit of help or favour in return. We have to see the view that its the type of lifestyle that they are accustomed too. Kris, while you work in the store, continue being that nice person that I am sure you are, and be an example - in the midst of peoples mistreatment, they will be surely impacted by your life.

Because some people are just in their own little world and they don't stop to think about anybody else or their feelings. They don't realize that a little human decency and kindness goes a long way. I always thank people that help me Im surprised sometimes to hear the surprise in their voice when I say thank you.

Peace be with you.There are classes available on customer service.Often if you meet their needs with a smile, everybody wins(You,Them, and The Company)Their drama is not about you,you are just the target.I ask you to forgive them and pray for them.Teach them by your actions how people should treat each other. Be the change.

Selfishness! Some people get so caught up in thier own little world. They think they are the only ones, who have things to do or who are in a hurry.

They are so mean because they think the person that help them is a total push over and that they can do and say anything to them. They think they are afraid to say something wrong to them or hurt their feelings.
