I have heard of some other "common" nicknames, but they aren't always flattering or appropriate. You'll sometimes hear "WASP" (White, Anglo-Saxon Protestant) or "WOP" (WithOut Papers, often referring to Italians) when looking at late 19th and early 20th century US culture. "Jap" is either World War II era "Japanese" or "Jewish American Princess" (neither are very flattering) All the other ones I can think of are rude, degrading, and/or offensive.
