because you were created in His image and will likewise have to face Him on judgement day you need to care and think about it.

Think of it this way... You have violated the law and face a $50,000 fine. You tell the judge that you are truly sorry for your crime, but he answers, "So you should be -- you have broken the law! Now, can you pay this fine?" He can only acquit you if the fine is paid. If someone else pays your fine, then he can let you go, but he must have "grounds" on which to release you.

The reason we need a substitute (a savior) to pay our moral "fine," is because we have broken God's Law. To see how much we have transgressed this Law (the Ten Commandments), we will go through some of them -- Have you ever told a lie? Have you ever stolen something? Have you ever lusted after another person? If you answered "Yes" to these questions, you admit that you are a lying, thieving, adulterer at heart, and you have to face God on Judgment Day! If you have used His name in vain, then you are guilty of "blasphemy" -- you've substituted God's holy Name for a curse word. Perhaps you've hated someone, then the Bible says that you are a murderer. You have violated God's holy Law, and you're in BIG trouble. On Judgment Day, you will be found guilty and end up in Hell. That's why you need the Savior. Merely being sorry for your sins, or confessing them to God won't help you. You must turn from sin (repent), and your faith must be in Jesus Christ alone. He is the only "grounds" for God to grant mercy towards you. If you're not sure of your salvation, make Psalm 51 your own prayer

If you are a true atheist, why are you even asking this question....You don't believe in God, Jesus, Christianity.......according to you, these things do not exist, so why are you seeking answers about them? Perhaps not a true Atheist after all....since it is common knowledge that a good percentage of Atheists faced with true death will still cry out "Oh, God" at the end, seeking that eternal salvation which they spent their lives denying.

Well, I care if you don't believe. I am disappointed to find you are an atheist. Because, I do love you as you are my neighbor.

Heaven won't be the same without you there
...........so........it's so easy........Jesus died for sinners, of which I am, and He arose.......
I believe and accept that bit of info....and because I do....He promised me Heaven and help on Earth.
Sounded pretty good to me many moons ago....still the same today.

EVEN if there was no Heaven to gain and Hell to shun, it would still pay to worship the one true God of Israel.

IF I am wrong, I have nothing to lose, if you are then you lose everything.

Self preservation. Anyone calling himself Darwin should realize this. They may want to harm you because of what you choose not to believe. You don't have to look very far to see evidence of this, just browse the Q&A here.
Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer.
Also, in the interest of furthering science and improving the planet, you have the responsibility to get people to at least question the validity of their beliefs.
The world needs more atheists.

You shouldn't. You should just respect that they believe Jesus is God if they respect the fact you're an atheist.

You don't. I do NOT believe Jesus (May peace be with him) was a god, but a righteous prophet of God, the ONE God.

Why would a author create some thing and not using a purpose for it? looks illogical to me. And better so, why would He create it to easily tell it "to do even though it needs, i do not care about you although I created you." it really is what we could ask your self. If there is an all effective God, He does no longer in a roundabout way make a mistake and create us. He would have planned our existence and considered what He wanted us to do. So in different words, it really is not conceivable for Him to easily no longer care. With that stated, why would God deliver down a human style of Himself to easily die? that ought to look unusual to those who don't understand what subsidized God to attempt this. you spot, as human beings, we evidently sin, and God knows this. With our sin, we just about deliver ourselves to Hell. So, in the former testomony, human beings would sacrifice animals to regain God's choose and forgiveness of their sins. until eventually, it finally were given to the point the position human beings did no longer have the desire or care to sacrifice animals and strayed far off from God. So, with the aid of organic love and care God feels for His creations, He despatched His personal self down in human type, as Jesus Christ. As heritage is instructed, Jesus replaced into crucified, and with this, God payed the "ideal sacrifice" for our sins. This meant God provided salvation to those who merely customary God's sacrifice by Jesus as a thanks to develop into kept, also huge-spread as born again. i imagine there's a Heaven and Hell. i do not in reality imagine it, yet i understand it. There comes a level in which you spot that the bible is truth in such distinctive strategies that you in reality don't have any selection yet to settle for it as so, although fairytale like it sounds.
