Well, I wouldn't really classify it to be proper as such. But if they usually were shorts or short pants in public, or if they happen to swim, then it might be proper - some women will say to us guys "hairy legs tend to look dirty".

it's proper for a man to shave whatever part he doesn't want to look hairy. No rules to being clean and comfortable, and if people say that there is a rule tell them to GO SHAVE >>>> sMiLe

Men sometimes get their chest and backs waxed, but I've never heard of men getting their legs shaved. Sometimes their pubic areas can be shaved by a professional... watch that movie on DVD called "American Wedding" it is the sequel to American Pie.

nothing wrong with it. Most gay men do it, it looks good too! On the beach it looks good to see hairless legs. Its gross to see sweaty legs with hair. EEEWW. Shave it all off!

What difference does it make? Mine has either rubbed or fallen off over the years. The only part of my body I shave is my face. Thanks.

yes try waxing them.... nothing wrong with it... Many men do it.. I do this for a living trust me... i have to wax a guy tommorrow actaully some sport people do it improves time... like swimmers and bike riders....
