There are a few "natural" helps for anxiety...check your local health food store and ask the friendly gurus there. Perhaps kava( can produce relief comparable to Valium without the side effects)....if you can't afford a prescription or don't have a doctor. Another biggie is to reduce your caffeine, alcohol, refined carbs, sugars and to identify your stressors. Meditate...do some relaxed breathing exercises....these will go a long way towards helping you help yourself....Good luck!

Talk to your general health practitioner for a referral. Your own doctor will know best who and where you should go for assistance.
You may also try Bliss. Bliss - Anti-Stress Formula is for those who need to decrease anxiety, increase mental clarity, and helps the body deal with the effects of stress naturally. Bliss promotes relaxation without drowsiness, helps stabilize your mood, and is ideal for any adult individual encountering consistent stressful days or an upcoming stressful event.

i do agree with most of the answers that you have gotten so far. Definetly see your doctor and they can prescribe a medication for you or refer you to a mental health professional that will. On topic of a few of your answers..........marijuana is not a good choice, nor is it cheaper. Marijuana can cause more problems that it's worth. Good luck.

Visit your family doctor. He will refer you to a Psychiatrist if he feels it is necessary. Your Psychiatrist will provide the proper prescription.
Good luck.

ONLY from a healthcare professional (doctor!), possibly one specializing in diagnosing and treating anxiety and other such disorders!
