Yes Bettie, matter created people, and God was part of that project.

iam guessing you got this from angels and demons by dan brown? sorta?
anyways, either way, matter did not create god. matter cannot create anything actually. energy on the other hand can create matter.
but to answer your larger question.....
it would be untrue to say that anything created god. because then god would not be god. at least not in the sense that many religions believe him to be. god has to be the ultimate and omnipotent and all knowing/powerful being or else the entire concept of god would be virutally false.
for me personally....i don't have a religious affliation. i would like to believe that a higher being exists whether it be god or buddha or mother earth or cosmic energy. but it is impossible for us, human beings, to even conceive of such a god. if god is something not human, then god cannot be defined in human terms. we can try to understand what or who god is, but we will never really know. it is said that god's essence can't be found/figured out by us, but god's existence can be found through actions and love and energy.
i'm not absolute in what i believe. it always changes. but i have an idea of what i think it could be. but i will never know for sure and maybe i was never meant/made/destined to know for sure.

God, the formless, genderless energy source and creator of life IS matter and everything is created of the same matter of God.

no because matter makes up everything, so if you believe that god exists (im assuming you do b/c you're asking about him) and most religions believe that god created everything, however, most religions also dont agree with proven science which opposes what they believe, including matter, so the new question is "if matter exists, does god?"

Matter cannot create.
Science 101 states:
nothing will happen without an OUTSIDE force exerting itself upon it..
God created matter.

The Bible says that God always was, is and always will be. Don't expect to understand that..... After studying the things he has created. I believe it.

In the context of the laws of physics and indeed all science, no. Matter is indeed energy, and energy cannot be created nor can it be destroyed.

Well yes, in theory. Since we ALL consist of matter, GOD is within all of us whether we go to church and pray or not.
