Well...I would guess you can eat fruits and veggies, and poultry and fish without any type of salty marinade on them. Other than that, I don't know because that's the one nutrition thing I don't pay attention to.

stay away from processed foods, canned foods. they contain lots of sodium due to the preservation process. you can eat as many fresh fruits/vegetables as you'd like. they are both mainly water and very low in calories, so feel free to snack away. also, try mrs dash (or other salt substitutes) on the foods you'd normally put salt on to help pep it up a bit.

you can eat everything that you can put in your grill without salt,like they say,put just a lil bit of oil and to the grill,chicken brest,mushrooms,peppers,drink a lot of water,it helps a lot when you're on diet with the craves

Avoid any processed food and cook yourself, it is grilling season right now, so that is really easy, you can add flavour by adding pepper and other spices, vegetables like asparagus, peppers, onions, tomatoes etc are also great on the grill.....

What are you craving?

1. grill chicken breast marinated in olive oil and Mrs. Dash seasonings
2. microwave unsalted popcorn (drizzle melted unsalted butter on it)
3. toast with cream cheese and jam
4. grill a steak marinated in olive oil and Mrs. Dash
5. grill veggies marinated in olive oil, balsamic vinegar & garlic powder
6. bread with roasted garlic, olive oil & balsamic vinegar

No salt...in anything! Eat fruit...vegies....and you might still be hungry until Your body gets use to it!
