In MY opinion: Yes, rapists, molesters and murderers.

Does anyone deserve to die? Yes, I believe some people really do DESERVE death.

However I don't see a truly civilized society condoning killing another human being despite what might be deserved. When we have a choice to take life or to give life we should always chose to rise above our baser desires to exact an in-kind revenge-based version of "justice", otherwise we risk degenerating into the type of persons we revile.

I don't think it's really about being deserving, or not. You can be grateful to have been born, grateful for having a great life. But the right to life isn't really something one earns. Given which, if 'deserving to die' equates to 'having lost one's right to live', then my answer would be no, since you never really had a 'right to live' anyway.

This all depends if it is in the world's view or God's view. In God's view, everyone is the same and deserves life it they just ask. This doesn't mean u wont die, but there is life after mortal death. In the world's eye, there are various reasons they think people deserve to die: murder, rape, etc. But who is to judge? Do you want your enemy to decide if you die? Likely not. So i would have to say no, no one deserves to die. Everyone does deserve the opportunity to turn their lives around.

It depends on the situation people say that only god has the right to decide and we don't, but we have to keep the streets safe for our loved ones and friends so depending on the situation, I think that people who commit murder wether or not it was intentional should get the death penalty, but on the other hand if you kill a person that is going to kill you (as in self defence) then no you should not get the death penalty cause self preservation is a part of being human, as for child molesters and rapist I have a better way to deal with them that is alot more painfull and agonizing and yet the punishment would definately fit the crime.

Well everyone dies--it's a part of life. So by virtue of being a living being, everyone deserves to die. If you mean does anyone deserve to be killed, then that's a different story.

That all depends on what model of reality you have. Do you think people rot into the ground when they die? If so, murders, rapists and all the people u hate, are gone for good. Do you believe in reincarnation? Then people get more chances. Death doesnt end anything, therefore death isnt even a punishment. Do you believe in Karma? Unfortunately, that is one of the most difficult questions that can be asked. That is always THE QUESTION, dog! Well, used to be I said YES! Now, I can't. But I won't say no. Someone else can say no. I prefer to be Switzerland. I believe in and am expected to uphold the Trinity so my mouth is shut. I feel like Pilate. I don't want blood on my hands. Thank God Caludia pulled him out of that mess. But I also loathe what some people do. My stance is let the authorities handle it. My kind pray over them as they eat the last meal.

No one deserves to die, unless it is due to illness. Although some deaths can't be helped, such as gun shots and drug overdoses. Not even the death penalty should be allowed. This is not a life for a life thing. Those who take a life should be locked up for the rest of their lives. GOD did not say to kill someone for the heck of it.
