SULFUR 30C thrice a day half hour before meals will correct eating disorders in most people in a few days take it for three days and please report back with your progress and conditions after taking it for three days.

This is not a simple task, and its not healthy. I was very desperate and stopped eating by drinking a lot of water... A LOT of water like glass after glass until i went to sleep, and changed the channel when i saw food on TV. I kept my mind off it even more by running...a lot! When my roommate brought food in from a restaurant or fast food i would leave the room and go do sit-ups. I'm telling you this is the hardest thing i have ever done i would dream about food, i would look at someone and seriously think about what human flesh tasted like, (I BECAME SICK IN THE HEAD I KNOW) but i have lost 27lbs in 2 1/2 months. I have noticed though when i didn't run or didn't drink a lot of water i would not lose as much weight, but i did lose about 2lbs a day and i would give in some days and eat.

You don't need to stop eating.
If you mean eating the wrong foods, try eating fruit. Make sure there is a lot of variety, not just one thing. Drink a large glass of water, a sports drink, or low fat milk with the fruit. It is hard to change your eating habits, but keep trying, it will work.

How can you stop your-self from eating?? take it from an anorexic..... I have been ana for 5 years. Avoid the kitchen.. unless you are getting a plate dirty with a TINY amount of food so it LOOKS like you ate. Clean things that are yucky... cat box, toilet, yucky things. well I used to have the same problem instead of being at my house eating all day, now I go out for a walk, I water the plants, I try to keep my brain busy, that keeps me away from food. Instead of eating grease food try to eat more fruits and vegetables. Try eating more fish and chicken, oh also instead of eating bread or tortillas try eating por skins try baken-ets.

Step up your activity level......get out and WALK. say an hour a day...it will decrease your appetite, give yourself a goal of say a month, weigh each day if you want to.....you might plateau after let's say 3 weeks, and do NOT eat anything after 6 p.m. and nothing to drink after 8 p.m. ~ you will be amazed at the difference. also....finally NO carbs after 3 in the afternoon. Thanks. It worked for me.

Listen if you stop eating you will die. Starving yourself is not a way to lose weight.

why the hell would u want to stop eating. this is stuip. i don't mean to be mean but this is not , i mean not the right way to lose weight. you could really harm yourself. YOU COULD DIE want advise how to lose weight and keep if off please contact me i am concern

we all need to eat but not excessively, eat in moderation with
any kind of food
