You have to contact the New York State Department of Parks. Or the NYS Park Police. They'll help you. Last year, there was talk about stopping four-wheelers from crusing on the beach. The bill was introduced in the NYS Assembly, then the state Senate. I'm not sure, however, if the bill passed. Those who drive on the beach in Montauk, stay around the lighthouse area. On long island, the central office for the Parks Department is at Belmont Lake in Babylon.
