Thank you for being concerned about where you will go when you die; now is the only time to secure that, too!
I will repeat what a couple of folks said in the answers: you must ask Jesus Christ to forgive you for your sins, and to be your Lord and Savior (which you may do either silently or outloud to Him right now!), and thereafter read the New Testiment, asking Jesus to guide your reading, and learning to listen to His teaching and leading, as He sanctifies and heals you, preparing you for living in the Kingdom of God and eventually, heaven.

Accept the fact that there isn't anything you can do to get to heaven. You and God are enemies. It is your will versus his. Only the sacrifice that Jesus Christ made can get you to heaven. Only the Holy Spirit can change you. Accept that and you will be saved.

You want to go straight down this road take a left at the chippy, if you go past a pub you've went to far.
That left should take you to the 'A16 Northbound'.
You want to stay on the 'A16 Northbound', 'till you see the sliproad for M180 Westbound stay on until 'York City centre'
Then you want to take the 'NE bound A166' to 'Bridlington'

1. Accept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Let Him remove all the burden and stench of your sins by His blood, which He willingly shed upon the cross for you.

2. Die. No hurry for this step, because ever since you took the first one a place has been reserved for you.

You get to heaven (or an elevated state of consciousness) when you die. No matter what you did during this physical incarnation, your eternal sould will return to the spiritual realm at your physical death.

You can get to heaven by only one way...
To proclaim with your mouth and believe in your heart that Jesus Christ is your Lord.
