My belief is No! I am a tenth generation American with many immigrant grandfathers, I am also Choctaw Indian. My husband and I have been forced to deal with a decaying economy, and poverty because Illegal Immigrants come to America and Accept all the benefits every Legal Immigrant, and American has already earned.
Is Stealing a crime?
When you reap benefits that you have not earned you do not deserve them.
And, that is what Americans are raised to believe.

Basic human rights. But, consider, that there are many, many countries all over the world that would jail, or kill, you. You call it an illegal immigrant, when that is not actually correct. To be called an illegal immigrant would assume that you came here legally, openly, and with the intent to live here under the laws of the land....but an accident of paperwork, or some other situation has placed you in an illegal position.
Sneaking across the border falls into the realm of invader, spy, thief. You want something without the responsibility of having to do it in the honest and open way.
If I knock on your door and ask to be let in, you get to make the decision...if I sneak in the window...what am I then?
So, how should we treat illegals...we treat them well...all things considered.

They have the right to leave the same way they came in. They shouldn't have rights in this country beyond basic human rights that all people should have. There should not be government resources available to them, they should not be allowed to open bank accounts with their Matriculata cards while those of us who are US citizens have to scare up three pieces of Homeland Security approved identification to do the same. They should not be granted drivers' licenses with their Matriculata cards while legal citizens have to go through tons of red tape. And, when they cause traffic accidents, as they often do, they should not be given a free pass by the police because they're uninsured-- which happens A LOT. Do they have rights? Yes, apparently more than we do right now.

i believe so yes, afterall the people of america came here as immigrants. The process for becoming a citizen is taking way too long and it can't keep up, which is part of the problem for them and why they are illegal.

because they are heavily delusional. for sure, no longer in reality do they imagine they are above the regulation, yet those agencies you element out, alongside with l. a. Raza, are playing the race card, which they liken to the civil rights circulate. That circulate quite replaced into about real voters of the US who were oppressed. they imagine they are owed each thing which couldn't theirs to commence with. They deny the real heritage of the Mexican-American conflict. That those states were gained AND paid for too. they are revisionists.

Yes, they do. If someone robs them. They have the right to go to the police.
I would guess that the right they should exercise is the right to become legal and a citizen
