A walk to the next room...I work from home but how could gas prices not affect anyone? It's too much and it's ridiculous.

Gas prices are affecting my wife a little. Our commutes are short and we both have vehicles that are reasonable on gas mileage. I'm sure if it were not for the gas prices though we would take the time to eat out a little more often, maybe.

My commute is 45 minutes in the morning and 60 to 90 minutes in the afternoon! Gas prices effect my wallet but doesn't affect my commute! No one to slug with so I gotta do what I gotta do!

20 Minutes on the freeway. I had a Mustang (only a V6) but sold it in Dec, before gas hit 3.00gal. I bought a cute little saturn 3 door coupe and fill up for about 20 bucks, but I drive so much that I still have to fill up twice a week. Gas prices are crappy, but I don't see them going down anytime soon, and I have to get gas to drive, so I see no point in complaining...

I'm 7 miles from work. Drive time is under 15 minutes. I drive a 4 cylinder and fill up once every 3 weeks.

70 miles a day, six days a week, in a 1999 dodge durango with the 5.9L V8, getting only 11mpg's. So YES gas is killing me.

Not really. It takes me about 6 minutes to get to work. If it's such a big deal for you, why don't you walk or ride a bike to work. Maybe move closer to where you live.
