All three but not in that order i mean common on think about it in order to be wit some one you have to know how to talk to them to understand each other and be there for each other when needed, honesty is something you both gain with each other as a trust built and sex is a good thing also but its also a plus if u love someone truly and deeply you u always do the top two first

Sex has nothing to do with a good relationship. You can have sex and be a rapist. Sex is merely a physical method of communicating your love and commitment to someone. Sex is not appropriate before marriage. You cheat yourself and any possible "life partner" if you put sex first in any relationship prior to marriage.
HONEST COMMUNICATION should be first.....relationships are "grown" over time.
I am surmising by your post that you are neither mature enough for a relationship, nor unselfish enough for a lasting, committed relationship.
Stick with your video games. You will not be able to hurt anyone with those.

What makes a good relationship is being able to trust one another and letting the other have space, but still letting them know that you care and want to spend time with them. Being honest, able to talk, and sex dont hurt matters either.

Honesty, trust, and talking. sex shouldn't be the 1st thing on your list, it is part of a relationship but the rest is what makes it last.

I would change the order and the word a little...
1.- Trust
2.- A lot in common
3.- Sex
And it is not that I do not love sex!!!... But good Sex and good relationship are not the same...
