When I grow up I want to get a licence to fly fighter planes like the one's in war and in war movies. Where can I get training? How long will it take? How old do I have to be and the biggest question can I get this license and not have to be required to go to war to get this training?

If you don't mind flying last years models, there are ways you can learn to fly jet aircraft without joining the military. There are several companies in the USA and in Europe who offer 'adventure flights' where you can fly military style jet trainers with an instructor in the back seat. Not cheap, but it can be done without the need to join the military. You'll still need to have a pilot's license, and you can't get that until you're at least 17 years old (In the USA)

If you insist on flying only the newest, top-of-the-line military aircraft, then you'll have to get a commission in the Air Force or Navy, and for that, you need a Bachelor's degree from a college or university.

You need to be clearer on what you want to do. If you want to fly current military aircraft, like F-15s, F-18s, etc., then you will need to join either the Air Force, Navy, or Marines as an officer, or attend the service academies, and basically be tops in all your classes.

If you want to fly what are known as "warbirds", which are civilian versions (no armaments) of retired military aircraft, these can be flown with a regular Private Pilot Certificate (license), with appropriate ratings (for high performance, specific aircraft rating if they're jets, etc.) You can become licensed at 17. You don't need any special or military training to get your basic PP license, but you will need specialized training in each warbird aircraft you want to fly, and the flight time, fuel, and training for these airplanes is usually very expensive.

Well since most fighter planes are owned by the government you would have to join the military even to touch one let alone be licensed. To fly for the military you must be an officer and the requires a college degree. You must be 18 to enter the military however I think you can sign up at 17 with your parents consent.
