in a country that gets energy from one major source.pls be serious and elaborate in your answer

Can you depend on one source of energy allover your life?
If it comes to an end, or you can't get it from its source do you begin searching for another source?
Why do you allow the single source to control you?
To be safe you have to get many alternative sources for energy.
Every source may have a definite use other than the other sources

Eventually we will run out of our current conventional sources of energy. We are already using more fuel than we produce. What would you do without electricity? Or gasoline? The shear volume of people that inhabit earth will deplete it's natural resources before they figure out how to conserve for future generations.
