Why is it always Muslim, when they are peaceful???

They say they are peaceful, but we always see in the news, almost daily:

I personally think the USA will be attacked from inside, but these Muslim men are always going to Mosques and no one turns them in. Where are the peaceful Muslims? Turn these guys in. What do you think?? I don't mean to be abusive, but I think the US is in for it ..

Is Reuters also ignorant in their reporting o great cut and paster.

If when these guys go to Mosques and the peaceful ones don't turn them then they too go down the drain with everyone else.

Bud, there are 1.2 billion Muslims. If one percent would commit terrorism, you would have 12 million terrorists. Do your math and honestly tell me how many terrorists you can find.

Also, wonder how come there are so many millions of Christian Arabs and many millions of Sephardic or Arabic Jews, when Islam ruled the entire middle east for 1400 years. How many Jews do you imagine would have survived if Nazi Germany had been in power for one hundred years?

Wonder how come India has such a large population of Hindus, when Islam and Muslims ruled the country for one thousand years?

Wonder wonder ........ keep wondering, but I have a feeling you will never find Islam a peaceful religion, because in my view you do not have peace as yet within you brother. May the HOLY ONE open your eyes and you stop blaming a large group of people based on some terrorists and wrong doers.

ONE 911 and one building and 3000 Americans were killed and you are up in arms. Many people like you go berserk when their close relatives are killed. Muslim nations have been under attack for the last fifty years all across the World. You wonder why sometimes. May be this is Allah's way of waking Muslims up to take their just place in the scheme of things again..

BE GOOD and work for peace if you truly care for peace.

The United States of America is one nation under God! The mistake we as Americans made was allowing other religeons to build their Mosques, Temples, etc - and worship other gods - When my people came to this country it was in search of a better and different way of life than what they had in the country they came from - the first thing they did was learn English - the next thing they did was get jobs and began the process of becoming productive Americans! There was no expectation to change this country into what they left behind so that they would feel more "at home" - if that was what they needed they could have stayed where they were! What needs to happen is if you come to America to live because we offer a better way of doing things - then do it the American way - if you don't want to change from what you had - then go back where you came from! And Americans need to listen up and start enforcing American ways and beliefs and it is ONE NATION UNDER GOD and ONE FLAG FOR THAT NATION and ONE LANGUAGE and that would be ENGLISH - and if you don't like it - I'll help you pack! I don't have a problem with folks wanting to believe differently than Americans do - just go do it in your own country - don't bring it into mine and then threaten my freedoms and my country and blow yourself up in it's name taking out innocents with you! Go home and blow each other up - if you don't think that way and you want to live in America - then become an American - with all that that entails! However, I will also say that terrorism and the true Muslim religeon are not the same - Muslim believes do not promote senseless slaughter - and it is not just this religeon that is capable of "breeding" fanatics and terror - Christian and Catholic beliefs have their own history of atrocitys to answer for - I don't know what the answer there is except that it seems to me that folks don't read the written word of their religeon close enough and don't fully understand exactly what's required for a painless eternity - I don't know of any religeon that promotes senseless slaughter of innocense in order to enter the gates of Heaven! My daily prayer is for God's guidance in the minds of the powers that be so that we don't evetually blow our own selves up!

You don't really see the peaceful ones because they tend to be the ones who stay out of the way. They don't really seek recognition or anything. The reason why you see all the violence is because of two reasons. 1) People are using religion as a way to excuse themselves from mass murder. They usually take a look at certain parts of a holy text without paying attention to details. They deny the existence of certain parts because they want to keep their excuse for killing. 2) The media makes more money off of death and destruction than peace. All you see is the bad side because that's all that gets shown. No one covers peaceful Muslims because the big money lies in the asshole radicals.

Because anything that is tragic makes the news and grasps peoples attention, we usually don't hear about the good things because people will fear its too boring and won't receive an audience. I am a christian and I believe that all people are children of God, if they accept Jesus Christ and turn away from sin. I also agree with you about being attacked from the inside, I wasn't aware of how much hatrid is right here, I don't think being a terrorist has to do with what calls themself, I believe its who they are, and anyone that has satan in their life, can be a terrorist.

EVER WONDER WHY?

Why a Jew can grow his beard in order to practice his faith But when Muslim does the same, he is an extremist and terrorist!Why a nun can be covered from head to toe in order to devote herself to God But when Muslimah does the same she is considered oppressed .
When a western women stays at home to look after her house and kids she is respected because of sacrificing herself and doing good for the household? But when a Muslim woman does so by her will, they say, "she needs to be liberated"! Any girl can go to university wearing what she wills and have her rights and freedom? But when Muslim woman wears a Hijab they prevent her from entering her university!
When a child dedicates himself to a subject he has potentials. But when he dedicates himself to Islam he is considered hopeless!
When a Christian or a Jew kills someone his religion is not mentioned, but when Muslim is charged with a crime, it is Islam that goes to trial! When someone sacrfices himself to keep others alive, he is noble and all respect him.
But when a Palestinian does that to save his son from being killed, his brother's arm being broken, his mother being raped, his home being destroyed, and his mosque being violated -- He gets the title of a terrorist! Why? Because he is a Muslim! Whenever there is a trouble we try to find and solution to it and generally accept any solution? But if the solution lies in Islam, we refuse to take a look at it. When someone else drives a car in a bad way no one blames him. But when any Muslim makes the same mistake - people say "Islam is the reason"! Without looking to the traditions of Islam, people believe what the newspapers say. But question is what the Quran says!

The key word everyone here seems to be missing is EXTREMIST. The Catholics and Protestants have been fighting in Ireland for hundreds of years, are we paying attention to them? No. Because we know and understand Christians. Don't believe all the propeganda the media feeds you. Use your own brain for once.

I think the real religion of peace is probably being practiced in India...

Many muslims are peaceful and many muslims are violent, just as many christians are peaceful and violent. We never hear about peaceful muslims, and rarely hear about violent christians in the media most likely because most media outlets in the US are owned by christians. I know many muslims and none of them are violent at all. In WWII, hitler was a christian and wanted to kill all jews, but many christians disagreed about using violence toward different people and religions as well.
