does any one else suffer from jealousy?

Help im a younge women i have been in a relasionship for 3 years to a lovley man.were very much in love though i have a major jelousy problem.im pretty, and have a nice figure. im not obsevise.i just dont like women bein around i get shaky and aggressive.i dont like him seeing naked girls at all,i make him turn around if a girl stips on the telly.and i have hit him a couple of times when i feel another womens caurght hes eye,i dont understand it i have always been laid back in the past,i let him do things like go on holiday . were very close itsjust the naked women issue,its taking over my life as women are naked almost everywhere and i carnt change that so how can i change me.im going to end up loosing him.i have been cheated on several times in the past and i have seen alot of unfathial men do u you think this may be part of it????please help or if anyone has the same problem let me know.

thanks to everyone whos answerd me i will be taking your advise,and hopefully i will get better.and no i have never been this way before my exes used to watch porn and women all the time ,even flirt with my mates.i think maybe its because hes the first love and i had bad experiences with men???fanx peeps 4 ur help tho:)

You have more chance of losing this man because of your jealousy than you have of another woman taking him away from you. Do you think he will turn into a gibbering wreck who can't control his libido if he sees a semi naked woman? He wants to be with YOU! Unless you blindfold him then he will undoubtedly be exposed to naked women whether you l ike it or not. You really need to get counselling to get over the being cheated on issue so you can concentrate on enjoying yourself with your man.

You seem to be obsessing about other women. Focus on yourself. Make yourself the most attractive physically and personnality wise that you can be.

I have a friend with the same problem, her BF is a doctor and sees naked women all day. She's driving herself insane, checking his email, phone, blah blah.

You say you're "pretty and have a nice figure". If asked less than 1% of women feel that good about themselves. So you don't have a self esteme problem.

They say jealousy is about self love not loving someone else. You seem to believe that you have some right over this man. Have you heard yourself? "I let him go on holiday" "I make him turn around.." "I have hit him". He is not yours to control, he is someone who choses to love and to be with you.

But from the tone of your question, you are already deeply ashamed and know what you are doing is wrong. So stop and get help to stop if you need to.

Jealousy is and can be a deadly disease between dating and married couples. Jealousy of other women hanging around your man indicates you feel insecure about your ownself and about the relationship you have with your man.

You can't control what your man does or doesn't do. Nor can you control the fact that women are naked and do other things.

My suggestion is to have a heart to heart talk with your man and explain to him how you feel. If he trully cares about you, he won't stray, but if he doesn't care about you and your feelings, your better off without him. You need to be in a healthy relationship. If he doesn't work out, there is always "other fish in the sea".

Always be open and always have good communication skills with this person or anyone in your life.

Jealousy is natural but try to relax its pretty normal for men to look at other women doesnt mean they are going to do anything about it.

when you get a moment of jealousy say to him, gosh i could murder a cupper, it's a distraction that helps me. I then make us a brew, hope it helps you.
