A Yahoo search for "mickey mouse memorabilia" turned up 579 results. If you do the same search, and are willing to do a little exploring, I'm sure that you will find the information you seek.
I doubt that your clock has any exceptional value. The collectibles from the late 1920's and early 1930's command the highest prices. There is so much Disney stuff out there that just about everything made since the late 1950's is just too common to have appreciated tremendously in value.
