See a doctor. You should have an exam, because a fishbone won't dissolve by itself, and if something is stuck it can burrow through your throat and cause a nasty infection. Also, the pressure you feel could be something other than a stuck bone.

if you can not reach it with your finger...you could make your self throw up which will get it out...but I'd try to drink a bunch of water and wash it down ...or a large bite of food to help it dislodge it's self and slide on down. since it's small it should not cause you any probelms after than.

i know it sounds gross but lemon juice will disolve the smaller ends of the bone, to help it go down, however you need medical attention in case of deep scraping, scratching, or puncturing

a knife will do the job nicely, i'm sure.
but, when i have splinters, i use tweezers.
have you tried throwing up? will that get it out? you may have to see a doc.
