Eating less, exercising more results in weight loss. Besides..who would want apple cider vinegar? Blech!

Is not a good idea because the vinegar can get you problem in the stomach. Is better if you eat healthy. Example: Milk in the morning, pasta or veggie for lunch and white meat for dinner. You can eat everything but always as a small portion and that help also to kick your metabolism. And if u don't like to go in the gym. Walk a lot and have a lot of sex too.

Some swear that it does, probably by cutting the grease sticking to your intestines and keeping it moving, but I think it goes to the question of how much.Water can kill you by drinking too much, but that doesnt mean its bad for you. Unrefined fiber keeps food moving. The longer that food lays around in your system - the more likely that you will absorb excess calories. I am struggling with my weight too and its not a simple matter and there is no magic bullet ......yet !

i would try the traditional way to lose weight: diet & exercise. something like apple cider vinegar can be risky because it isn't official or reputable.
