May God help you child. If you were 4'11" that might be the correct weight. At 5'5" and 102.5 lbs., you should be very lean. Try accepting yourself just as you are, and happiness is right around the corner.

You're not overweight at all. You might find the results you're looking for by weight training for muscle toning. That will give you good shape and definition, as well as better health.

At 102.5 you are already small and if you are seeing fat maybe you do need some help. How small do you want to be? Please be careful. Being obsessed about your weight can be dangerous. You want to be healthy not near death. Please be careful.

You are not fat, you are borderline under-weight, you should be more concerned with how healthy your body is and how you feel in yoru clothes - not how much you weigh! Love your body, please, and don't lose anymore weight!
