Seeing as how the oil companies and their OPEC pals basically have america by the short economic hairies, are you willing to burn some shoe leather/change your transportation options in order to promote a better way of life for america/americans?

Well, since I live 18 miles away from the nearest town, and my job is 45 miles away, I don't plan on doing much walking. There are no types of public transit around here, unless I call a taxi..... which would use the same amount, or more, in fuel, considering the trip out here to pick me up. Maybe if I lived in town, I'd have other options. Other than buying a horse, I don't have many options. Please don't assume that all people can change their ways of life, for some of us, it just is not feasible.

The government needs to stop taking money from the oil companies and release the patents and or let the people that invented or came up with fusion, yes they really did but oil companies are paying them not to make them. Also you Can run your car on used vegetable cooking oil from the local fast food restaurant. Myth busters proved that second one and you get just as good mileage and it is not as flammable!!

I've already adjusted my lifestyle because of the prices. The sooner we come up with an alternative to oil, the sooner we'll be one step ahead of the global game.

i think developing alternate energy should be our focus at the moment.
