Attention Deficit Disorder - a disorder where a person finds it difficult to concentrate for extended periods of time and often becomes distracted.
ADD and other distractions often lead to procrastination.
I think that everyone has some ADD but when it starts to interfere significantly with your life (like failing grades in school/college), then it's probably more serious.

It is a made-up disorder to give parents, teachers, etc. an excuse to drug their kids rather than discipline them. The simple rule is that if a kid can play a video game for an hour, they do not have an attention deficit problem. They have a behavior problem.
