Just think about how awesome your going to feel when you reach your goal... buy yourself a new pair of jeans!!!
Don't make it a chore, it's just modifing your routine a bit... do you have a buddy that will do it with you?

First off, congrats on the weight loss!! Weigh to go!!! I made a list of benefits of losing weight. I remember that if I don't continue losing weight, I could have many health problems. Also, I try new recipes to find food I enjoy. I remember that I will feel so much better If I continue to lose weight. Good luck!
Remember, Nothing tastes as good as being thin feels.

I took pictures from the very beginning and at each goal I'd set for myself and then placed them in a scrapbook. When I start to feel unmotivated, I go look at the scrapbook and see what I've accomplished and it's been really easy to re-motivate myself.

I read a magazine article that said trying on your bikini in front of a mirror once a week could keep you focussed.

I feel better emotionally, physically, and my clothes fit better. I sleep better too! I work out a bunch of stress when I go work out, I've made new friends at the club because of it.
