There's this guy I like, Tommy Mchugh, and he always seems to follow me around. And alot of people think he likes me too! So, what should I do, how do I know that it's for real?

If he looks at you for just a glance and then he turns his head and looks at you again for a bit longer, then he is into you--this works 80% of the time

LISTEN TO ME ALEX... i was accused of that very same thing, at the reverse end...
i was the guy being accused of being a stalker weirdo with bad vibes...
you have to treat this dude like he's a chick if anything, just an inversion of you own dormant sexual tendencies
if he behaves erratically, then approach him with a postulate of why you believe you have no say in your attempt at getting an answer to this question. ThaT is how its done.

next time you see him, say 'hi,' start a small conversation. if you seem like your interested in him, he will almost for sure show interest back if he does like you. don't work too hard, be too forward right away, though. hopefully pretty soon, he'll also approach you and then you can ask him to do something, a preliminary, informal date perhaps. maybe he will ask first, saving you the trouble and angst.

I know it sounds embarrassing but the best thing to do is hang around him more and learn more about him. Talk to him..ect.

if you really want to know how he feels don't be afraid to go ask him or on the other hand you can tell him how you feel about him. either way if it is meant to be it will, if not there are more fish in the sea!
