When I was 22 I had kind of outgrown my "do anything that moves" phase of my late teens and had just about began my current "can't be bothered with sex" phase that has lasted several years.
You should have sex as often as you can before the novelty wares off!

We can t justify at 22 , it will definetly bring each one to have much sex

If it begins to hurt other people... yes. A close friend of mine thinks he might be addicted to anything sexual - sex, masturbation, etc. He says he sometimes thinks he uses it to fill a void that is missing in his life. So, if you're doing anything like that, yes, it can be harmful. But if you just like getting off, AND you aren't hurting people in the process, go for it :)

if you're stupid about it and getting STDs or giving them to someone or getting/having unwanted pregnancies, then yes, you like sex too much.
