It is possible to lose 20 lbs in less than a month despite what some of the critics here are saying. I did and I'm perfectly healthy but I also became more weight conscious and changed my eating habits and exercise routine after the diet was over in August of 2005. The diet lasted 14 days and I was 219 lbs when I started and 198 lbs when it ended. I currently weight 184 lbs, eat no fast food, use only sugar substitutes, watch my salt intact, drink a gallon of water a day and brisk walk 2-3 miles every morning or evening. Other than these things I eat whatever I want, when I want but in smaller portions and more frequently. If you'd really like to lose the weight, have a strong will and determination then it can be done and I'd be happy to provide you with more information.

1. No sugar
2. No fried food
3. Eat organic fruits and vegetables
4. Drink water with few drops of lemon every morning before the breakfast
5. Do weight lifting exercises
6. There are special weights to wrap on your hands and legs that help losing weight faster while doing any type of exercises.
And finally, visualize yourself as a thin person with a firm body and imagine different experiences you can be in when you have the shape you want to have this way you will go for it and will do whatever it needs to reach that shape.
Wishing you the best of luck :)

Depends if you have 22 pounds that your body will let you lose. For weight loss I would recommend eating mostly fruits and veggies, drinking lots of water and running 30 mins every other day and trying to walk on your lunch break.

ATKINS, it has had a lot of bad hype, but buy the book read it, follow it strictly. I lost over 20 pounds in 3 weeks on atkins, but be sure to eat some healthy carbs--not just any carbs, but healthy carbs like you would find in vegetables. cut out the sugar, that would make you lose weight right off the bat, cut out caffeine too. drink PLENTY of water, keep a large water bottle with you at all times, drink when thirsty.

Yeah, what she said. You don't. That is totally unhealthy! The very most that any medical professional will tell you is safe to lose is about a pound per week. The problem is that when you lose weight, you lose fat, muscle, bone mass, etc. The one-pound-per-week limit gives your body enough time to regenerate the muscle and bone mass that you will invariably lose. Do not try to lose more than that.

Cut off your leg. Any other way is not healthy since most doctors recommend loosing just a few pounds a week as the healthy amount of weight loss.

Well,
It's not possible to lose 22 pounds in one month but to lose i think 10lbs you should excercise and watch what you eat. Do not crash diet either! Not good! Anyways good luck! :)

I'm pretty sure that's called anorexia. (I know 'cause I have an eating disorder myself.) You're not supposed to lose more than two or three pounds a week. If you lose too much weight, you can get unsightly stretch marks . . . and die!
