It depends on your body compitison. One pound of Muscle burns more calories that one pound of fat. The more muscle you have the more calories you will burn in a day. The average 150 lb person burns about 1650 calories a day. But it depends on your activites and body compisition so it can vary greatly. Try using an online calculator to check for your self.
