Eat only fruit, veggies and lean meat. Small meals six time a day. Do aerobic exercise for 30 minutes three times each day for the 8 days. That's your best bet of getting anywhere close to that goal.

as for ur meals 3 day eat breakfast...fruit if good..lunch should be ur heaviest meal..cuz u work off what u ate later in the day and dinner should be light

Sorry but dont even try loosing weight so fast as there are more chances of dehydration than actually losing weight.Dont fool yourself by strict diet and exxercise plans as it will be of no help.Practice moderate exercise,drink lots of water and have small frequent and nutritious meals focussing on fruits and vegetables.

Depends on your current size/weight....Limit sodium (salt) intake for the week....you can eat as many calories as you like..but if you walk (even if it's 10 - 30 minutes a day) eat five meals (3 whole and 2 snacks)...you're guaranteed to lose weight....email me for more info
