I worked in a doctors office and this couple that were getting married came in and these were their two last names: Dick and Pusey... Hope they weren't planning on hyphenating them, one of those would be bad enough, but the two together..yikes!
I had a really hard time keeping a serious face when they handed me their paperwork!

I once had business dealings with a man named "Uri Dinwiddie".
Not falling in the category of weirdest or funniest last names, I had business dealings with Mr. Lawrence Lawrence (but never knew if I could be informal and call him by his first name or be more formal and use his last).
And as I was typing this, I remember that a local prominent family in Alton, IL years ago had the last name "Titsworth."
But, what's in a name?

My friend's mom knew a lady with the last name of
Glutzmeyer. Her first two names were Irma Gilda and then
Glutzmeyer. It was one of the most fun things to say when
we were in high school.

Brzęczyszczykiewicz. It's a Polish last name that Poles like to ask foreigners to pronounce as a tongue-twister. In English phonetics, more or less as follows:
bzhen chih shchih KYEH veech.
'ih' is the short 'i' in 'bit' or 'pin'.
'en' is actually more like French nasal sound 'ain'.
