Quite possible... Over the last few hundred years when Westerners discovered native tribes say in the Americas or jungles . The ignorant natives thought they are gods as no scinece and susperstitious.

So its logical that some aliens could pass themselves off as gods.

Pretty simple. Its probablility which is more likley...

Someone got mistaken for a god as could do things thoguht impossible like fly (jetpack), heal the sick (advanced medical knowledge), destroy a city with a bolt from the sky (weapon)

Alien means extraterrestrial in the sense you use it. Bearing in mind anything not of this planet is extraterrestrial, yes he is. The Book of Enoch (Quoted in the Book of Jude and the Book of Revelation) also makes plain the fact that angels are aliens, and the Dead Sea Scrolls (Wisdom of the Dead Sea Scrolls, held captive by the Rockefeller's and the Vatican) make it known that in fact angels are aliens, and God dwells among them. God made us in his image which means likeness. Take your typical alien we are like them. Two legs, two arms, two eyes, a head and shoulders, five fingers on each hand, you get the picture. We are in his likeness. I believe that that is the form in which he chose to manifest himself. Gods throne was founded on Righteousness and Judgment, from there he had a platform to create, which he did the universe and all in it (angels and other orbs) then you know the rest. The bible UFO connection is a very explored topic and well worth the time to check out. The Catholic church will get in cahoots with the aliens when the time comes for the great deception (the pope is the anti Christ) and they will draw fire from the sky (as Thunder of Justice -catholic book on prophesies from Mother Mary says will happen to prove they are the real church and The book of Revelation says "The Beast" which will get all men to follow after it and worship it.... whats the question again.....?..oh yes,.... so the aliens will impersonate Jesus' return. In the Christian Apocrypha in the Acts of John Chapters 88-93 we see that Christ's earthy appearance was alien.. "Then I pretended to sleep; and I saw another like him coming down, and I heard him also saying to my Lord, "Jesus, the men you have chosen still disbelieve you." And my Lord said to him, "you are right; for they are men."

So, yeah, check it out. I believe that regardless of what he looks like, in the end he's still God, and people who are hung up on the fact that he might be an alien, really need to consider why they believe in him, because of who he is, or what he is.

That's my belief. I think there are too many far advanced ancient civilisations for there not to be some sort of alien help. Also, there are many ancient cave paintings that can only be explained by alien visitations.
It's a far more credible explanation than some omnipotent being we call god, just to give our empty lives some sort of reason.

Everyone has different views on religion brainstew.

But to me, no God isn`t an alien.

He`s the creator of all things bright and beautiful. and all creatures great and small.

Mind you, sometimes I wonder if he really exists though when the times get tough. That`s a completely different question.

Only to people who don't accept God. Even then, it's OK, because God has a Green Card and is lawfully within our hearts and minds and beings.
It is WE humans who are the aliens, the "others".

The possibility of a being of all power and intelligence is impossible, but it being an alien creature with powers and long life or something isn't... Was Jesus the first ET?

God is not an alien, because He cannot be quantified. God is pure light and pure love. Anywhere there's love, there's God.

No. Not at all. God is the creator of Heaven and Earth. He sent His son Jesus to die for our sins so that one day we could be saved by His amazing grace. He made a way for us to go to Heaven. All you have to do to recieve eternal life is realize that you have sinned and messed up in your life, ask God to forgive you and save you, and He will! If you die without Jesus in your heart you will go to Hell. Hell is a place of eternal suffering, you will be in a eternal fire that will never burn out and you will never burn up. Have you ever felt lonely? Imagine everytime you've felt like that in your life and multply that feeling by a million, that's how it will feel in Hell because you will not have God. We don't know when we will die. It could be today or 80 years from now. Don't risk dying and going to Hell.

Let's see... He lives in "Heaven above", so that would be outer space. He has the power to create and destroy worlds, is telepathic, and has lived forever.

Yep. Sounds like an alien to me.
