is there any way to crack or get the prod. key code from the CD? i got it at a flea market.

simply put, the people who sold it were not legally allowed to sell the Microsoft product. To use windows you have to pay Microsoft a license fee, since you got the product from someone else, Microsoft did not get their money so and you were not provided with a product key to legally use it.
That is why Microsoft uses product keys, to prevent people from selling multiple copies of their software without giving any money to Microsoft itself. It is a form of copy protection.
You purchased a pirate copy of windows.
ok enough of the preaching. If you still want to use this product there are numerous websites that provide product keys for pirated software. However I am not going to help you avoid the license fee, but I am sure google can aid you in your search.
Or you can ask the people you bought it from if they have the key that came with it.

You don't you will have to buy a new one... or ahem "search the internet" for something like ohhhh I don't know "windows 2000 pro serial"
