There are several factors in your gastrointestinal system that make it do those noises.
First, it is in constant movement due that it has its own nervous system which keeps it in movement so that all the nutrients can go through the system and can be absorbed at different points of your intestines; and there are a lot of hormones that help with this movement too, but they are activated in a more cyclic pattern according to when you had your last meal.
Inside the gastrointestinal system there are a lot of things that make funny noises when they are moved, all the food is in liquid form because the stomach used its acid and its movements to disolve and crush everything you ate, and in your small and large intestines there are billions of bacteria that produce gas; when you move liquids they make noise and if you mix gas and liquids you get bubbles that when pop make noise too.
So in conclusion the noise comes from the constant moving of the contents of your gastrointestinal system led by the nervous and endocrine system.

There are acidic juices in the stomach that break down the foods that we eat. This is called digestion. Well, when you are hungry, the stomach acids start secreting and churning in your stomach even though you haven't eaten anything yet. I'm talking about the actual stomach here, and not the lower intestine. The lower intestine make noises for a different reason.

Your GI tract regularly secretes a hormone called Motilin. Motilin stimulates contractions of the smooth muscle that is present throughout the GI tract. That smooth muscle contraction makes a noise when it moves the fluid and air around inside.

digestive process. sometimes because of the types of food you eat. or how you eat. drinking while eating is not very natural to your stomache because it mixes with the digestive juices it releases when u ingest food. try not to drink while you eat. if you really need to drink, eat a tomato or some kind of fruit of natural juice, but not alot of it. like watermelon wouldnt be good because it has alot of water in it and its just like drinking a cup of juice. maybe try a peach/tomato/cucumber or any other fruit/veg that has some juice in it.

air in your duodenum!
It's simply air being pushed around by your intestines. Like, if had a water balloon and squeeze it a certain way, it makes funny noises.
