For a temporary solution, you can spray perfume on you hands whenever you know that you are going to meet someone or will shake hands.

Also, I read once that sweating too much means your body is trying to get rid of the toxin in your body. So, you might need to detoxify your body to stop sweating this much. This will also help your liver stay healthy.

Botox injections are currently being used to treat excessively sweaty armpits. Perhaps it is already or will be used for sweaty palms and feet. =)

sound weird but use anti persperant on you feet. It wont hurt you but will help. I dont know about your hands it should work but will just get washed off.
