I buy frozen mango pulp and mix it with a cup of plain or vanilla yogurt. I also add a dash of rosewater, and some milk to thin it out. It's very yummy and good for you.

1/4 cup carob powder, 3 tablespoons molasses SUGAR or other dark sugar, 1 1/2 cups carrot juice, 3 cups chocolate or vanilla SOY milk.2-4 servings depending on size-you won't believe it!
