Im peruvian and also italian (European union). Ive been admitted at a university in FL and i want to apply for the F1 visa, Not from peru but from london (im moving to london in 20 days). What documents do i need? AND is it OK if I take my highschool and university certificates from peru in spanish? (I think they dont mind not reading them as long as i can proove i dont have links to nor plan staying in the us, right?)

you have to get your visa from the country of your legal residence, or the nearest US embassy to that residence you can go to www.ncis.gov for more info!!

Just remember that US citizens hate all foreigners, so you'll feel like in Nazi Germany. You will constantly be asked where you come from, where Peru is in Africa(!!!) and what you are doing here. Also, prepare to answer to the question "how are you" to total strangers who don't know you and couldn't care less as long as you say" good", even if you feel really sick...

You need to take all ou related papers in english. You need your passport or travel document, school and university cenrtificates, financial support documents, letter of recommendations etc. Not just you need to prove you are not planning to stay there but you need to prove your purpose to going there. So take all addmission papers from the school you are admitted to.

Bring everythig you have even if you think U are not gonna need it.
Speak only in english event to hispanics and don't take not for a answer.

just come illegally, we won't kick you out, in fact if you apply for welfare we will happily give you enough money so you don't even have to work.
