What legal basis do we have to try Saddam Hussien for aggression to his nieghbors, if the court itself derives it's mandate from a government created as by an illeagal invasion?
If Saddam is to be convicted for aggression against his own people, shouldn't western nations be co-conspirators for selling him weapons with full knowledge of his atrocities?
