The maxiglide flat iron and frizz ease serum is just as good. Bed Bath and beyond carries these items. The maxiglide is 80 bucks, but I got it for 65 with a Bed Bath and beyond 20% off coupon. Bed Bath and Beyond also accpets expired coupons and coupons from other competetors such as Linen's N things. Bed Bath and Beyond also sells the Chi and you can use the coupon on that item too. Seriously, when purchasing a quality ceramic iron you will need to spend at least 70 bucks. There are cheaper ceramic coated irons, but these will burn out your hair. Save up some money and get what will preserve your hair in the end. Sally beauty supply cells a Chi Knock off for 60 bucks. I've never tried it, but if u go to the store and ask for their generic Chi, they'll know what u need.

I thought I had naturally frizzy hair, until I discovered that it was pretty curly.
I have a couple of options for you:
1.) Next time you are in the shower after putting conditioner in, comb through your hair completely. Then when you get out of the shower, dry your hair and then put gel or mousee in it and srunch it with your hands. Then you can either dry it with a diffuser which does not cost much at all or you can just let it air dry.
2.) If you want straight hair, use a white conair flat iron. But if you do that. . .make sure that you condition very well frequently, so it won't dry out your hair.

Go to Sally Beauty Supply and buy a ceramic iron. As for products try Paul Mitchell's Super Skinny Line. This Product actually shrinks the hair, so the frizz is under control. the serum is the best. its a leave n conditioner and locks out humidity.

Ok well i went to my hair salon and they have this CHI spray for shine fusion and it also controls naturally frizzy hair (i have frizz too) and i bought it for only $12, but i would not use a $100 flat iron unless your hair is SUPER messed up, its just a waste of money, u should try the spray its awsome...or i also read in Seventeen magazine that u can buy John Freida Frizz Ease hairspray that doesnt make your hair stiff but it just controls frizz and fly aways. hope i helped.

Chi flat iron are the best. I tried an inexpensive iron when my CHI broke, it was terrible and it fried my hair. It is worth the 110.00 for the iron. You can get Matrix flat iron spray to protect your hair befor using iron $13. Don't waste $ on a $20 iron. they don't work!

Go to Sally's Beauty Supplies and the prices are just right. Also, I have heard that the Suave conditioner that is for smoothing the hair does wonders as a conditioner. It is only $1.50.
