What my family love is when I marinade my steak in this:

3 tbsp. A-1 sauce
2 tbsb. soy sauce
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. onion salt
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 cup beef broth

Mix together all of the above. Place steaks & marinade in a resealable plastic bag, shake to mix. place bag in refridgerator, and let marinade for at least 1 hour, turning every 20 minutes or so. Discard marinade, and cook steak as desired.

For grilled steak, season meat with season salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and Montreal steak seasoning, not too much it can get spicy.

After steaks are seasoned on both sides, score meat on each side and pour A-1 sauce and brush to coat each side, set in a contained or plate, cover with plastic wrap let sit for at least four hours, over night is best.

Throw on hot grill.
